Meet Our Bombshells - Heather H.

We love celebrating our Bombshells! We are honored each time a new client chooses to work with us. Being part of their journey is so special to us and seeing the transformation in them never gets old. Now, time to meet our next Bombshell.

Meet Heather! She celebrated her 40th birthday with a boudoir shoot. YAY! Happy Birthday! Heather referred herself as a rough around the edge truck driver, yes, like the big trucks truck driver. It was time step out of her comfort zone to see and feel what she's always known was there. Also, let's not overlook the huge shout out and thank you she deserves for her service in the Army! THANK YOU! So now, let's learn a little more about this incredible bombshell!

Before we get too far, here's what we like to call a before and after photos.

Q: What was your reason for booking a session?

A: I booked my session for my 40th birthday present to myself. A reminder of all that I have accomplished over the last few years. To boost my confidence. To see the other side of me which is hidden in work boots and mud 90% of the time. To remind me that I AM A WOMAN

Q: Tell us some of your thoughts and feelings during the process of preparing for your session?

A: While preparing for my session, I was teased through the process. With Shawn and Michelle having a very open line of communication, if there were any questions, they were always there with answers. And if it was just general questions, the private Facebook page The Couture Black Lounge was a huge help. All of the ladies who were already *Bombshells* were more than happy and willing to share their experiences, thoughts and ideas. The comfort level was huge through all forms.

Q: The first back of camera sneak peek is usually a turning point in the session. What was that like for you?

A: When I first saw my "back of camera peek" I was more than excited. Ecstatic even. I couldn't wait to see them all. I felt strong. Confident. Anxious. Powerful.

Q: Tell us about your images? How do you feel when you look at them?

A: My photos... I cannot stop looking at them. And I don't even have the actual prints yet. I feel so very empowered. Liberated. Intriguing. Strong. Sensual. The list goes on and on. I see me, how I feel on the inside. Like a butterfly from a caterpillar. Like the strong woman I have become. I get those butterflies in my stomach. Amazed t what came out of the session. Not only in looks, but internally as well.

Q: What would you say to someone who's thinking about doing a boudoir session?

A: If you are even thinking about booking a session... stop thinking and do it!! It is absolutely one of those situations where you can see others jumping, and you should follow. My feelings and thoughts are completely different then the next person. Each one has their own experience. And it should 100% be one you should experience yourself. Any expectation that you have, this experience will go far beyond that.
