Couture Black 14th Anniversary Experience — Terms of Service

By purchasing the Couture Black 14th Anniversary Experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Refundable Payment

The $1,000 anniversary experience fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the limited nature of this promotional offer and the reservation of one of only five available spots, all sales are final.

Session Scheduling

Clients will be contacted within 48 hours of purchase to begin scheduling their session date.

Sessions must be scheduled based on studio availability.

Session Completion Deadline

Your purchased session must be photographed on or before May 30, 2027.

If the session is not completed by May 30, 2027, the $1,000 payment will be converted into a studio credit that may be applied toward a future Couture Black session or experience.

No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

Included in the Anniversary Experience

The anniversary experience includes:

Professional hair and makeup
Fully guided boudoir session
All final digital images from the session

Additional products, albums, wall art, prints, or upgrades are not included unless otherwise specified.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible if rescheduling is necessary. A rescheduling fee will be applied.

Failure to appear for a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of the session, any fees paid and associated promotional pricing.

Promotional Availability

This promotional offer is limited to the first five qualifying clients and may be modified or discontinued at any time once all available spots have been claimed.
